ReplyDeleteIt helps to have someone a little less fearful then myself around...and someone that has all the tools. Luckily, Husband (Mr. Oilburner) has the tools and guts. I've adjusted another R's valves, but still haven't quite gotten the guts up to do my own. I just find it a little more confidence inspiring to have seen and touched and done just in case something happens on the road. Chances are I won't be able to fix it, but I'll at least know what I'm talking about. :)
And yes, the Ohlins are great! I hope you can get some. Make those long mountain loops pretty darn exciting!

ReplyDeleteYes, it was disheartening to see her like that. And by my own hands! But it was great finally knowing that I was capable of doing it.
Mr. Oilburner told me to tell you that you need to buy some and it would give me an excuse to ride over and help you install them. :) LOL.
